SHIPPING POLICY

It is our goal to ship every order with care, accuracy, and efficiency. We follow a strict company policy to have our customer orders shipped no later than two (2) business days after they complete their purchase. Over 85% of orders are shipped the next business day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason a customer has received an incorrect order, defective product, or is simple unsatisfied with their purchase, Trenchmen Teas will make every attempt to reach a resolution by either issuing a full or partial refund, replacing the product(s) at no cost, or providing a discount coupon for a future purchase.
